Article 15′ narrates the story of Ayan Ranjan (Khurrana) – a young IPS officer posted in Lalgaon — a village in rural India. The city bred chap soon realises that there is more than meets the eye when the caste disparities plaguing the village are out in the open.When two girls in the village are found dead and a third one goes missing, officer Ranjan must now get to the root of the problem. With threats and obstacles all the way, his colleagues Bhramdutt and Jatav urge him to take it easy. Ranjan refuses to give up and tries his best to fight the disparities of the caste system prevalent in the village.
