Buraq Ansari is a master manipulator settled in London who specializes in brainwashing the youth. The Indian government sends its best commando Karanveer Singh Dogra and encounter specialist cop Bhavana Reddy to London to ferret him out. Mallika Sood (Angira Dhar) and Armaan are their liaison with British intelligence. A game of cat and mouse ensues, what with Buraq wanting to capture and execute the Indian agents before they do him in.
