Daas Dev

Dev Pratap Chauhan hails from a family of politicians and is heavily in debts after his father’s death. Dev’s uncle wants him to enter politics. Dev loves his childhood friend Paro. Chandni Mehra loves Dev although she is aware that he would never be hers. Dev is forced to throw his hat into the political ring when his uncle is hospitalised. Paro’s father, dies in jail for a crime which he hasn’t committed. A dejected Paro walks out on Dev despite being madly in love with him and agrees to marry the widowed Ramashray Shukla. After Paro’s wedding with Ramashray Shukla, the political game becomes dirtier It soon emerges that power corrupts and that there’s no room for principles in politics.
