Khamoshi

Surbhi is a rich heiress living in a huge estate in Scotland. She has some speech and hearing difficulties but is otherwise intelligent. She was adopted by her rich mother who dies. Her distant relatives are pressuring her to part ways with the custody of her estate but she has made up her mind to leave most of the money and the property to charity. Her life takes a turn for the worse when a deranged maniac breaks into her house one evening. Dev, a schizophrenic serial killer, has escaped from an asylum and come, murdering along the way, to the estate. Dev, egged on by the hallucinations of his father, is the child of Surabhi’s adopted mother. As night falls, Dev starts wreaking havoc, murdering people one by one. and starts killing everyone in sight. How she survives the ordeal forms the crux of the film.
